What this service covers
Fleet 360 is designed to keep emergency roadside work and planned vehicle maintenance in one operating record. Fleet customers can request tyres, batteries, servicing, inspection, mechanical repairs and recovery while retaining vehicle, cost-centre, depot, authorisation and invoice information.
When this service is useful
The service is suited to businesses with cars, vans or mixed vehicles that want fewer disconnected suppliers and clearer records. Planned work can be booked by vehicle, while roadside incidents can still enter the live dispatch workflow when a driver needs immediate assistance.
What to have ready before booking
Fleet onboarding should include the active vehicle list, key contacts, depots, cost centres, purchase-order requirements and account approval limits. Vehicle mileage, MOT and service dates can then be recorded to support planned maintenance reminders.
How Humber Tyre & Rescue handles the booking
Scheduled requests enter the Booking Centre, while urgent breakdowns enter operations triage. Both can ultimately create jobs against the same fleet account and vehicle. That makes history easier to review when deciding what work is due or whether a fault is repeating.
Assessment, authorisation and quality control
Authorisation rules can vary by service family. A fleet may permit routine tyre or battery work within a limit while requiring approval for larger mechanical or body repairs. Humber Assist records those rules so staff can follow the account's agreed process.
Fleet and commercial use
Service history, roadside events, quotes, purchase-order references and invoices can be retained together. This gives fleet controllers a clearer view of maintenance activity and reduces the need to reconstruct a vehicle's history from separate emails or spreadsheets.
Book or request help
Fleet customers can use the secure Fleet 360 portal to request work. Businesses considering an account can contact Humber Tyre & Rescue to discuss vehicle types, operating area, response requirements and authorisation rules.
