What this service covers
Fleet vehicles with damaged removable body panels often need a controlled repair process rather than an emergency roadside response. Fleet 360 supports body panel replacement requests with photographs, vehicle information, approval and scheduling kept against the fleet account.
When this service is useful
This workflow can be used when damage has been identified during operation, inspection or an incident and the vehicle is otherwise stable enough for planned repair. If damage affects safe driving, lighting, visibility, doors, load security or roadworthiness, the vehicle should be assessed before continued use.
What to have ready before booking
Provide clear photographs, registration, vehicle model, damaged area, depot or collection location and any incident reference. A fleet controller can also add the purchase-order or authority reference required by the account.
How Humber Tyre & Rescue handles the booking
The request is reviewed to determine the repair route, parts requirement and whether collection, workshop attendance or an approved repair partner is appropriate. A quote is then authorised before the repair is scheduled.
Assessment, authorisation and quality control
Panel replacement should not be chosen solely from photographs where hidden structural or adjacent damage may exist. The repair plan can change after inspection, but any material change in scope should be recorded and authorised.
Fleet and commercial use
For fleets, keeping body work in the same system as servicing, tyres and roadside history provides a more complete vehicle record. Cost-centre and invoice information can remain attached to the account rather than being managed as a standalone repair transaction.
Book or request help
Fleet customers can submit body panel work through their secure portal. For collision damage that leaves a vehicle unsafe or immobile, request recovery or emergency assistance first.
