Privacy notice

We collect information needed to respond to roadside requests, operate jobs, communicate with customers, process authorised payments and maintain safety and audit records. Secure request links are excluded from search engines. Access is limited to authorised staff and technicians.

Location data

Location is collected only when a customer or technician grants device permission or enters it manually. Postcodes may be sent to a postcode or mapping provider to create an approximate pin. Location is used for triage, dispatch, navigation, mileage estimates and job records.

Active request on this device

When you open a secure request link, the website can remember that secure request path on the same browser for up to 72 hours so you can reopen live updates quickly. You can use the Forget control at any time, and completed or cancelled requests are removed automatically.
