Service terms

Submitting a request does not guarantee attendance until the job is reviewed and accepted. Times depend on location, traffic, workload, safe access and parts availability. Charges are explained before work wherever circumstances allow.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, we send a secure quote before dispatch. Once the customer accepts the quote and SumUp confirms the call-out deposit, the job is confirmed and can be assigned. The deposit is credited against the final authorised charge. Fleet accounts may operate under separate agreed terms.
